Case Manager / Group Facilitator (Part-Time) — Residential Mental Health | Cardiff-by-the-Sea One Path Mental Health
  • Cardiff, CA 92007 (on-site) Part-time
  • 16-20 hours/week
  • $22-$26/hour DOE About us One Path Mental Health is a six-bed adult Social Rehabilitation Facility steps from the beach in Cardiff.
We're a small, mission-driven team building something rare: a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed home where clients are treated with dignity — and where staff are trained like they're the best in the industry, because we intend them to be.
The role Simple and meaningful:
one group a day. Facilitate one psychoeducation or process group daily for our small community (six clients max) Take groups into the community — beach walks, community outings, real-world recovery practice Document your group note in our EHR (Sunwave) — we provide templates and training That's the job. No caseload, no on-call, no endless meetings. Schedule 16-20 hours/week, flexible — a great fit alongside grad school, a practice you're building, or another role. Room to grow as our census grows. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field Any experience in SUD or mental health — treatment, peer support, residential, outpatient, groups — it all counts Comfortable leading a room (or a beach walk) with warmth and structure Must pass DOJ/FBI background clearance (Live Scan), TB test, and First Aid/CPR (we provide training) Valid driver's license preferred (community outings)
Pay:
$22.85 - $27.00 per hour
