Job description Social Vocational Services is a nonprofit organization, which for over 41 years has been committed to serving the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. SVS takes pride in its dedicated staff and is currently seeking dependable, caring individuals to become part of its team.
Position:
Case Manager Description:
Case Manager assists in the development of client objectives, reports on client progress, prepares clear and concise reports and interacts with caregivers, counselors and others.
•
NEW HIRE BONUS
- $750 hiring bonus after 60th day of full attendance (must work full shift to be counted towards the 60 days) .
•Refer family/friends - Receive employee referral bonus
Driving and License Requirements :
Must have a good driving record and a valid California Driver's License. May be required to drive 9 passenger van.
Criminal Record Clearance :
