- ) Glendale Law Group is currently seeking a full-time Legal Assistant/Case Manager to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist paralegals and attorneys with preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate with clients and medical providers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience as a legal assistant or in a related role handling Personal Injury cases (2+ years)
- Familiarity with Injury Insurance Claims and Medical Bills & Records.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organization and management skills.
- Eager to learn and work in a team environment.
- Close attention to detail and ability to multitask.
