  • ) Glendale Law Group is currently seeking a full-time Legal Assistant/Case Manager to join our growing team!
Prior experience of at least 2 years handling personal injury cases is required. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in at least one of the following languages: Armenian, Spanish, and/or Russian. Compensation will commensurate the experience and skills of the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist paralegals and attorneys with preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate with clients and medical providers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a legal assistant or in a related role handling Personal Injury cases (2+ years)
  • Familiarity with Injury Insurance Claims and Medical Bills & Records.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Strong organization and management skills.
  • Eager to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Close attention to detail and ability to multitask.
