KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Personal Injury / PI cases from intake to resolution Client communication, case updates & follow-up Coordinate medical treatment, records, bills & liens Insurance claims, adjuster communication & negotiations Demand packages, documentation & settlement preparation Case management, deadlines, calendaring & file organization Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies & clients

REQUIREMENTS

Personal Injury case management experience Strong organization, communication & negotiation skills Bilingual Russian and/or Armenian strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Detail-oriented, proactive, professional and compassionate Experience with case management software and legal documentation If you know PI, speak Russian or Armenian, and know how to get things done — we want you on our team.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
