TIME DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Provide case management for youth in the ILP program. Assist with the workshop program. Provide mentoring, guidance and resources to individuals, and promote self-sufficiency with an overall goal of independence.

DESIRABLE EDUC., EXPER. & TRAINING

BA or BS degree required. Previous experience with Residential, Education or ILS Programs required. Personal computer skills required. Strong communication/interpersonal skills
