Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position. Responsibilities Assist the Case Manager with day-to-day case management tasks Communicate with Spanish and English-speaking clients by phone, text, and email Obtain information, documents, and updates from clients Request and follow up on records and other documentation Maintain organized and accurate electronic case files Update case notes and information in the firm's case management system Assist with correspondence and general administrative tasks Track outstanding items and follow up as needed Help ensure clients receive timely updates and assistance Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Professional and comfortable communicating with clients Ability to multitask and follow through on assignments Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable using computers, email, and case management software Prior law firm or legal experience is a plus To apply, please submit your resume along with your availability to indeed.
