CASE FACILITATOR REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in the social services industry Fingerprint clearance Pre-employment drug test (required) Acceptable DMV record Valid CA Driver License Working vehicle and auto insurance Eligible to work in the

U.S. WHO ARE WE

Compass helps adults with developmental disabilities live independently in their own homes through our Supported Living Services (SLS) program. As a Case Facilitator, you'll manage a caseload of 4-6 clients, lead a team of caregivers, and coordinate client services and scheduling. You'll also respond to emergency calls (one week per month) and provide training to small and medium-sized groups.

JOB DETAILS

Pay:

$28-$30/hour at hire , depending on experience and education Max longevity rate: $36/hour

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM , with the emergency phone as assigned
