Senior Personal Injury Case Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Personal Injury Case Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of pre-litigation case management experience in personal injury claims. Litigation experience is a plus and will be considered an asset. The role involves overseeing complex cases from inception through resolution, ensuring efficient handling and client communication, and supporting attorneys with case strategy and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Manage personal injury cases from initial client intake to settlement or litigation, with a minimum of five years' experience in pre-litigation. Assist attorneys with case development, discovery, and settlement negotiations. Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information for case evaluation. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and court personnel. Organize and maintain detailed case files and documentation. Coordinate appointments, court dates, depositions, and expert consultations. Prepare trial exhibits, evidence, and summaries for court presentations. Support litigation efforts when applicable by assisting with discovery and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation case management. Fast paced, problem solver. Litigation experience is a plus. Proficiency in legal software such as Westlaw, Clio, AI (Claude/Chat GPT) or similar platforms. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Ability to draft accurate legal documents and review case materials effectively.

Pay:

From $110,000.00 per year
