Social Work Full Job Description Location:
Little Havana, Miami, Florida Brightsy Health, Inc. is seeking a dependable, clinically skilled clinician to provide outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families, including clients involved with the child welfare and dependency court system . Services are provided in clients' homes, schools, foster placements, and other approved community settings in Little Havana and surrounding areas . Primary Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy in community settings. Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives. Use evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions to address trauma, family conflict, behavioral difficulties, placement changes, and reunification-related concerns. Collaborate with caregivers, case managers, child welfare professionals, Guardians ad Litem, schools, and other treatment team members as appropriate. Complete progress notes, treatment plans, monthly reports, court-related updates, and discharge documentation accurately and on time. Document attendance, treatment progress, barriers to care, and clinical recommendations clearly and objectively. Participate in supervision, case consultation, and agency training. Follow HIPAA requirements, applicable Medicaid and Florida regulations, agency policies, and professional ethical standards. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Active Florida registered intern status ( RMHCI, RMFTI, or RCSWI ) or independent licensure ( LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW ). Strong clinical writing, organization, and communication skills. Ability to meet documentation and reporting deadlines. Reliable transportation and willingness to provide services in Little Havana and surrounding areas. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Experience with child welfare, dependency court, foster care, reunification, or court-referred clients. Training or experience in TF-CBT, CBT, family therapy, or trauma-informed care . Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
