HAITIAN CREOLE-SPEAKING PERSONAL INJURY CASE MANAGER ASSISTANT
Boyd Injury Law is looking for a reliable, motivated, Haitian Creole-speaking legal assistant/case manager to join our personal injury team. We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job. We want a long-term team member who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with the firm.
Responsibilities Include:
Communicating with clients regarding their treatment, case status, and questions Corresponding with insurance companies and insurance adjusters Drafting professional letters and correspondence Requesting and following up on medical records and medical bills Organizing and reviewing medical records and bills Preparing settlement brochures/demand packages Communicating with medical providers regarding outstanding balances Negotiating and reducing medical bills and liens Preparing settlement closing statements Assisting with property damage and other personal injury matters Maintaining accurate and organized case files Following up on outstanding case tasks and deadlines Performing other duties involved in the handling of personal injury cases
Qualifications:
Fluent Haitian Creole and English required Personal injury law firm experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and compassionate when dealing with clients Reliable, responsible, and able to follow through on assignments Ability to work independently while being part of a team Comfortable handling multiple cases and priorities Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Schedule:
Full-Time - 40 hours per week Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours may be flexible for the right employee.
Compensation:
Pay commensurate with experience. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with Boyd Injury Law , not someone looking for a short-term position. There is an opportunity for growth and increased responsibility for the right person.

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
