Our ideal candidate works well with children and adolescents. This candidate must be excited to inspire, motivate, utilize communication skills and support the youth through this program. Strong organizational skills and positive attitude is a MUST! Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager preferred!!! Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related Human Service from an accredited college or university Conduct initial intake Complete Assessments Prepare Service Plans and Service Plan Reviews Maintain written case notes Prepare progress reports and court reports (if applicable) Communicate with mental health providers (if applicable), schools, service providers and other professionals working with the client and their family (as needed) Have knowledge of available resources within the community Prepare Discharge summaries Attend supervision and staff meetings Follow Florida Abuse Reporting Rules
  • Plans, supervises and implements the program in accordance to the policies, procedures and philosophy of Harmony Development Center
  • Supervises all site staff
  • Maintains and assists in planning of and enforces daily schedule of activities
  • Maintains accurate participant program attendance.
