Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Case Manager to join our team at Addiction Rehab Centers At Bayside - ARC. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting clients through their recovery process, utilizing therapeutic techniques to promote healing and secure attachments. This position is based in the United States. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized care plans. Provide crisis management support to clients in need of immediate assistance. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement and progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field Experience in behavioral health or addictions is highly desirable. Strong crisis management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. Ability to mentor and guide clients through their recovery journey.
