Job Description

Geminus Corporation partners with community-based health care providers, social service organizations and early childhood education programs to help increase access to high-quality social health care for children and families across Northwest Indiana. Geminus Corporation is a member of the Regional Care Group.​
Position Purpose:
​ This position will be required to not only monitor the progress of the youth in school, but some of the home based services that would be required to fulfill. This could include assistance with tutoring, and mentoring and any other independent living services required. This position will work closely with various school systems throughout Lake County along with the Lake county court system as well as the Indiana Department of Child Services. This position will be required to provide written and oral testimony in court as requested. The caseload for this position will vary based on the need. This position also includes, but is not limited to, collaborating with outside parties including biological families, schools, courts, parents, hospitals etc. The area of coverage will include the following counties, Lake, Porter, LaPorte, Starke, Newton, Benton, Pulaski and Jasper counties.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Education:
BA/BS in social work, psychology or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience working with youth and families providing home based services providing child welfare services.​
Pay Range:
$17.93 - $23.31
