Regular Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (some evenings if needed) Credentials required: High School/GED Special skills : Management skills, organization and problem-solving skills, motivated, multitasker. Computer/typing skills.

Primary Functions :

Day-to-day operations at the Adult Day Training Center. Coordinate day training activities and community engagement. Proven ability to lead, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Program policies. Paperwork completion for billing purposes, complete weekly schedule for center activities and staff. Work with Nurse to ensure all medical appointments and needs are met. Provide structure to clients and staff. Attend Plan of Care Meetings. Ensure staff are up to date on training. Communicate with guardians and Case Manager regarding client needs. Cook, clean, and help staff implement daily tasks according to Plan of Care. Knowledge of participants with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities.
