Are you creative, personable, and able to work independently? As a Stabilization Specialist you would be working one on one with individuals to maintain housing, employment, and access services for themselves and family members. The Stabilization Specialist works primarily within the communities of Holyoke, Chicopee, and Springfield. Come join our Homeless and Supportive Services team! Provide Stabilization Case Management to former shelter participants.
Specific Essential Duties :
Maintain all files for stabilization Attend meetings Case Management support to stabilization participants Work directly with and report to Homeless and Supportive Services Director ETO Data entry Monthly Reports Other duties as assigned
General Requirements:
Display organizational skills and ability to prioritize Travel required, own transportation and valid driver's license required. 2-5 Years of relevant experience working in case management Associates Degree/Bachelors Preferred Knowledge of State Housing Programs Experience working with families and handling crisis situations Proficient with using Word and Excel computer programs Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Ability to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
