The Youth Case Manager coordinates all aspects of the Youthworks Program, ensuring participants (ages 14-25) achieve their goals and meet program requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of young adults and provide support in work readiness, leadership development, and training services. Conduct outreach, recruitment, and community engagement to connect youth with program opportunities. Maintain accurate client records and ensure program compliance with Youthworks regulations. Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and vendor partners. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 2 years in customer service, case management, or related work with young adults; 3 years of experience using databases and document management systems.
Education:
Associate degree or 3 years of experience in customer service or youth career development programs.
Benefits:
  • First 12 Months employees accrue 2 weeks of vacation.
  • After 13 months, you begin to accrue weeks of vacation.

  • Retirement plan available through Mutual of America, VOC will contribute 2% of your gross pay.
If the employee wishes to contribute through employee deductions, he/she may contribute a minimum of 2% of their pay and the agency will add another 1%. Employees are also eligible to start the plan and contribute through payroll deductions after 30 days on the job.
