Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments of claims to determine validity and potential liability. Gather relevant documentation, including medical records, incident reports, and witness statements. Communicate effectively with claimants, healthcare providers, attorneys, and insurance representatives to collect necessary information. Analyze case details to identify key issues and develop comprehensive case summaries. Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support case evaluation and potential litigation. Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize cases and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items. Maintain accurate records of all communications, documentation, and case developments within the case management system. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. Attention to detail in reviewing documents, identifying relevant information, and preparing reports. Knowledge of insurance claims processes, legal terminology, or prior experience in pre-suit or claims management is preferred. Ability to analyze complex information critically and make informed decisions quickly. Proficiency in case management software or related digital tools is a plus. Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude eager to learn and grow within the role.
