We are looking for a part-time Group Home Case Counselor in our Adult Foster Care. Duties include client supervision including ADL's, medication administration, cooking, light housekeeping, community based outings, and assuring the health and safety of the clients. This position does include weekends, evenings, over nights, and some holidays. This position would also entail some on-call shifts as well. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and insurance. Must be able to pass a DHS background study and Department of Motor Vehicle Study (any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of the DHS background study and Department of Motor Vehicle Study). High school diploma or GED. Applicants should have experience working in human services field, the ability to problem solve, work independently, and have good communication skills.
