Pay:
$21•24 per hour (based on experience) Are you bilingual and looking for meaningful work where what you do truly matters? We are a small, growing agency providing support coordination services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities across New Jersey. We are currently hiring a Bilingual Case Manager (Spanish, Hindi, Turkish, or other languages) to support individuals in accessing services while building respectful, long-term relationships with families and providers. This role includes both field visits and office work . It's a good fit for someone who enjoys being out in the community, can work independently, and cares deeply about helping others. Health insurance is not offered at this time. What You'll Do Meet face-to-face with individuals and families to assess needs and provide support Develop person-centered service plans based on individual goals Coordinate care with providers, guardians, and support teams Attend school transition events and community outreach activities Complete monthly documentation and progress notes on time Travel throughout all Northern NJ counties using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Be available for occasional evening or weekend wellness visits when urgent situations arise What We're Looking For Bilingual (required)•Spanish, Hindi, Turkish, or another language Bachelor's degree Organized, reliable, and able to work independently Comfortable managing your own schedule and working in the field Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to pass required background checks What You'll Get Paid training and ongoing support Mileage reimbursement 7 personal days per year and 7 paid holidays No health insurance benefits at this time A respectful, mission-focused work environment Opportunities for growth and leadership over time Why Join Us?
