Job Description

Case Manager - Recovery Housing Full-Time | $20-$25 per hour + Benefits Do you believe stable housing and compassionate support can change lives? We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate Case Manager to help individuals in recovery achieve long-term stability and independence. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping people overcome barriers, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As our Case Manager, you'll work directly with residents to help them develop goals, connect with community resources, and successfully navigate their recovery journey. You'll also collaborate with our Housing Director and team to ensure our recovery housing program operates smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide case management, coaching, and peer support to residents Help clients develop SMART goals and individualized recovery plans Monitor progress and provide accountability toward client goals Maintain accurate client documentation and case files Enter and manage data in HMIS and Unite Us systems Build relationships with community agencies and service providers Stay informed about available community resources and programs Prepare reports and communicate client progress to the Housing Director Support daily operations of the recovery housing program Mentor and collaborate with fellow staff members Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development Follow all agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Perform other duties as assigned We're Looking For Someone Who Has Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience At least 5 years of combined experience in case management, direct care, behavioral health, social services, or a related field Experience working with individuals in recovery or vulnerable populations Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Reliable transportation The Ideal Candidate Is Compassionate while maintaining healthy boundaries An excellent communicator and relationship builder Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving Adaptable in a fast-changing environment Strong at documentation and professional writing Creative in helping clients overcome obstacles while meeting program requirements Additional Requirements Participate in an on-call rotation with the team Attend occasional off-site meetings (mileage reimbursed) Willing to complete required drug and alcohol screening if requested Comfortable working in an environment that values flexibility, accountability, and continuous improvement Compensation & Benefits Full-time, 40 hours per week $20-$25 per hour (based on experience) Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick leave Medical benefits Mileage reimbursement for approved work travel Training, support, and opportunities for professional growth If you're passionate about helping individuals rebuild their lives and want to make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
