Job Description
Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Housing Program and Drop-In Center Worker, where your energy and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals experiencing housing instability and homelessness. In this vital role, you will provide direct support, facilitate access to housing resources, and create a welcoming environment at our drop-in center. Your proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills will help empower clients to navigate complex systems, access stable housing, and improve their overall well-being. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to community resilience while developing valuable skills in social work, property management, and crisis intervention. SUMMARY To provide services as part of a multi-disciplinary team to persons with mental illness and/or substance abuse problems. Service provision will focus on working with clients to enhance their recovery. Assist individuals who have experienced a recent mental health crisis in our peer drop-in centers and in the community.
