The Role:
Client Success Assistant We are seeking a Client Success Assistant to join our case management team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and strong growth potential. You will work directly with Client Success Managers and attorneys to develop cases and support clients through what is often one of the most difficult times in their lives. If you're organized, proactive, and looking to launch a career in law, this is an excellent opportunity to get started. What You'll Do Open and organize new case files while managing existing files Request medical records, provider bills, police reports, and other key evidence Communicate with insurance companies to open claims, verify coverage, and confirm liability decisions Support the assigned Manager with client communication; confirming medical appointments, and identifying and resolving case delays Assist with preparing exhibits and settlement demand packages Who You Are A clear and professional communicator Calm and patient, even in high-stress situations Highly organized with strong multitasking skills Proactive and reliable-you follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Take ownership of your work and deliver high-quality results You are a team player but can also work independently A collaborative team player who can also work independently Eager to learn new skills and grow in a law firm environment Why Join Us Hands-on training with immediate exposure to real cases Clear growth path into a management roles Fast-paced, supportive, and team-oriented environment Your work directly impacts clients and case success We're looking for a reliable, driven individual who takes pride in doing things the right way and wants to build a long-term career in law.
