Details/Qualifications:
Shift:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm 1. Initial contact for all clients admitted into the program. 2. Assist the client in becoming acclimated with the surroundings at the residence as well as at the center. 3. Perform necessary client assessments up to and including biopsychosocial, eligibility assessments and admissions assessments. 4. Assist clients in attaining community services, including but not limited to: food stamps, bus passes, AA/NA groups, sponsor, etc. 3. Educate the client on basic policies and procedures for the residence and center. 4. Educate the client on the daily routine for the center as well as the residence. 5. Oversee the day to day activities of the clients in their normal daily routine. 6. Enforce any specific directions given of the treatment team regarding clients. 7. Maintain complete confidentiality on behalf of the clients. 8. Monitor behaviors and report all occurrences to management which defer from the normal behaviors. 9. Continuously track all client's location both on property as well as outings and other events. 10. When required, assure the clients maintain their living areas in accordance to acceptable standards. 11. Assist with ensuring that clients are present and remain in all scheduled groups and/or activities. 12. Safely, legally and efficiently transport clients via company van to all appointed destinations. 13. When required, perform bed checks as per standard schedule and record any unusual occurrences. 14. Any other duties as instructed by management. 15. Acquire and maintain all CEU, CPR, trainings, etc. as required by JCAHO.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of chemical dependency and behaviors associated with withdrawals and the recovery process.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in communication & written skills.
  • Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes regarding Client Confidentiality Laws.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • A minimum of 1 year in the related field
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
