Assists clients in dealing with personal and professional problems related to substance abuse. Collaborates with other health care and mental health care professionals to coordinate services for clients, and works with families of substance abusers. May work in a clinic, health care facility or community based program, or work with clients referred through the criminal justice system.

Job Description

Never Alone Adolescent Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate and engaging Group Facilitator to join our clinical team. This full-time position works directly with adolescents receiving inpatient substance abuse treatment, providing structured, therapeutic, and educational group programming.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00
PM Position:
Full-Time Responsibilities Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for adolescent clients. Create engaging group sessions focused on recovery, coping skills, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and healthy decision-making. Maintain a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate group environment. Document group participation and client progress accurately and timely. Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other members of the treatment team. Maintain professional boundaries and follow all facility policies and clinical standards. Qualifications MSW or CASAC preferred. Previous experience facilitating groups strongly preferred. Experience working with adolescents, substance use disorders, behavioral health, or residential treatment preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and group-management skills. Ability to effectively engage adolescents from diverse backgrounds.

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
