Licensed Recovery House Location:
Reading, PA Salary Range:
$45,000 - $50,000 (based on experience)

Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Case Manager to join our licensed recovery house team in Reading, PA. This role is vital in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, providing structured guidance, and connecting them with essential services. Key Responsibilities Conduct client assessments and develop individualized recovery plans Utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques to foster engagement Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed Educate clients on Addiction 101 and Relapse Prevention strategies Collaborate with clinical staff and external service providers Maintain accurate documentation and case notes Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members Organize caseloads and manage time efficiently Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field Strong understanding of recovery practices and addiction treatment Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing Familiarity with Addiction 101 and Relapse Prevention models Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Prior experience in recovery, trauma-informed care or behavioral health setting is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development Meaningful work that makes a difference Ready to Make a Difference?
