Part-Time Office + Community Dallas County Position Summary Turner Consulting & Therapy Services LLC is seeking a dependable, highly organized, and compassionate Intensive Case Management (ICM) Case Manager to support adolescents and families. The Case Manager serves as the primary point of coordination for assigned youth and families by assessing needs, developing individualized service plans, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, advocating for participants, and maintaining timely, accurate documentation. This position requires consistent in-office attendance and community-based service delivery. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available. The Case Manager must be available to provide services at Turner's office and at approved homes, schools, courts, and community locations throughout Dallas County, based on participant and program needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Complete intake, strengths-and-needs assessments, and ongoing reassessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans with youth and caregivers. Maintain consistent contact with assigned youth and families and monitor progress toward established goals. Coordinate behavioral health, educational, vocational, employment, housing, food, transportation, recreational, and other community resources. Advocate for youth and families and collaborate with schools, providers, referral partners, and other authorized contacts. Support educational participation, employment readiness, life-skills development, family stability, and positive community involvement. Participate in case conferences, multidisciplinary meetings, supervision, training, and team consultation. Identify emerging behavioral, environmental, family, or safety concerns and follow established escalation and crisis-response procedures. Maintain complete, detailed, and timely progress notes, assessments, service plans, service logs, reports, and outcome tracking. Protect confidentiality, maintain professional boundaries, and follow all Turner policies, ethical standards, and program requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Human Services, Family Studies, Counseling, or a closely related field required. Minimum of three years of experience working with children and/or families required. Experience providing case management services and working with adolescents, behavioral health programs, schools, child welfare, juvenile justice, or community-based services is strongly preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred, including the ability to communicate professionally and accurately with youth and families in both languages. Experience working effectively with Spanish-speaking youth and families is strongly preferred. Strong assessment, organization, documentation, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to establish effective professional relationships while maintaining accountability and appropriate boundaries. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet documentation deadlines. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and ability to travel throughout Dallas County as required. Ability to successfully complete all required background and eligibility screenings, including fingerprint-based criminal history screening, child-abuse/neglect registry checks, driving-record review, and organizational onboarding requirements. Schedule and Work Expectations This is a part-time position requiring consistent in-office attendance and community-based service delivery. Some afternoon, evening, weekend, or other nontraditional hours may be required based on youth and family availability. Consistent attendance, punctuality, responsiveness, flexibility, and timely documentation are essential functions of this role.
