Job Description
Kittelson LLC (KLLC) is a forensic transportation engineering firm that partners with attorneys, insurance professionals, public agencies, and other clients nationwide to support legal cases and projects. Our experts analyze crashes, roadway conditions, traffic operations and human factors to help clients understand what happened and why. We focus on delivering clear, reliable analysis and maintaining strong communication throughout every stage of a case. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and self-directed Case Administrator to support case management operations for our expert team. This role is integral to the coordination of case activities, ensuring accurate documentation, seamless communication, and timely execution of deliverables. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, accuracy-focused environment and is comfortable leveraging technology to streamline workflows and support multiple experts. Key Responsibilities Set up new cases, initiate contracts, and gather case data Coordinate case timelines, deadlines, and deliverables (reports, depositions, trial dates) Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and consistency Serve as point of contact for attorneys, paralegals, clients, and experts regarding case status and requests Manage and coordinate multiple expert calendars Review and summarize depositions and case materials Assist with report preparation, formatting, and technical editing Attend and participate in monthly staff meetings and bi-monthly business development meetings Collaborate with the team to improve internal processes and support marketing and business development efforts Qualifications 2+ years of experience in administrative or case management role Strong technical editing and proofreading skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office, adaptable to evolving technology tools Work Environment & Expectations Full-time, in-office position located in College Station, Texas Collaborative, team-oriented environment Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven setting Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience (est. range $56K-$68K annually) Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan To learn more about Kittelson LLC, please visit https://www.kittelsonllc.com.
