Through our Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), we promote the health, well-being, and stability of refugees, unaccompanied children, and other eligible individuals and families through culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based services. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?

You will support youth and families by coordinating services and maintaining comprehensive case files. You will prepare and submit service plans, assessments, and other required documentation to ensure each case is accurately documented and services are provided in accordance with program requirements. You will maintain an organized, flexible, and efficient work schedule while working collaboratively with program staff and community partners. Because our services are centered around the needs of the youth we serve, this role may require extended hours, weekends, and on-call availability.

You are compassionate, organized, and committed to supporting youth and families during important transitions in their lives. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and understand the importance of culturally responsive and trauma-informed services. You communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, and bring a flexible, team-oriented approach to your work. Ideally, you are someone who enjoys helping others, building trust, and making sure the details are handled with care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling or other social service field. 2-year experience preferred working with adolescents or in the youth services field. (volunteer and internship experienced included) Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, Excel) Must possess a valid state driver's license and be eligible to drive to facilitate program services as required by contractual agreement. Required to work a flexible schedule to facilitate program services. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Cleared drug test results (this one is for Texas programs only). Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire. Must maintain valid driver's license and met company standards for insurability. What does CPLC offer YOU as a valued employee?
