We represent individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries and losses due to the negligence of others. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, fighting for our clients, and achieving meaningful results. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our El Paso, TX office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage a high-volume caseload while providing outstanding customer service and support throughout the life of the case. Key Responsibilities Open and set up new personal injury files using case management software and digital tools. Prepare claims and Letters of Representation for insurance carriers and involved parties. Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with providers. Request, collect, organize, and review medical records, billing records, and supporting documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in the claim. Monitor case progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines. Accurately document case activity and maintain organized electronic files. Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to advance cases efficiently and effectively. Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and client care. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of personal injury case management experience required. Strong knowledge of personal injury pre-litigation processes. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and client care. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree, Paralegal Certificate, or related legal education preferred. Preferred Skills Experience working in a high-volume personal injury law firm. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software. Strong problem-solving abilities and sense of urgency. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients during difficult circumstances. Work Location & Schedule Monday-Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM This is an in-office position located in El Paso, TX. Employees who successfully complete the probationary period and meet performance expectations may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, subject to management approval and business needs.
