Job Description

Responsibilities includes assisting individuals with gaining access to medical, social, educational, and other needed resources, including provision of rehabilitative and skills training, case management, care coordination, treatment planning, crisis services, as well as documentation of client progress. Also provides supported employment and telemedicine services. Must have a valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record, as well as personal liability insurance as required by the state of Texas. Working computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5
PM Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors or better in Counseling Psychology, Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior mental health experience preferred. Ability to communicate and work effectively in a fast-paced work setting; ability to plan, implement, and prioritize assignments. Prefer Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and work well in a team setting. Employee Benefits at
