Housing Manager Full-Time | Paris, TX The Housing Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of one or more housing developments, including resident relations, rent collection, inspections, occupancy, and compliance with Housing Authority and HUD regulations. Responsibilities Manage resident occupancy, transfers, and recertifications Collect rent and maintain accurate resident files Conduct move-in, move-out, and annual inspections Address resident concerns and assist with housing services Monitor property conditions and coordinate maintenance needs Prepare reports and ensure HUD compliance Attend resident and staff meetings as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Services, or related field preferred Minimum 3 years of housing management or related administrative experience Knowledge of public housing procedures and HUD regulations preferred Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Requirements Valid Texas driver's license Eligible for fleet auto insurance coverage Housing Management Certification required within 6 months of hire Apply with RPM Staffing at 2505 S.
