Job Description

Northeastern Counseling Center has a full-time opening for a Mental Health Case Manager in our Vernal office . This position is part of a team that works directly with clients to help them access essential medical, social, educational, and other supportive services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide face-to-face skills development services to clients to help improve daily living and life skills Assist clients with medication compliance Help reduce symptoms that interfere with everyday functioning Participate in our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) which involves a rotating swing shift schedule, including working occasional weekends and holidays
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent is required Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Screening College coursework in social work, psychology, health education, community health/services, or nursing is preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to advise and educate others effectively Must be at least 21 years of age
