Case Manager

Case Management , full time position. Position entails going to clients homes for assessments and service plans and completing monthly contacts. Must be proficient at Microsoft word. Position requires scanning, filing, excellent documentation and communication skills. Must be able to track when visits are due and yearly medical evaluations. Position will be full time. One of the following degrees is required and no substitutions can be made:

Bachelor degrees accepted :art therapy, behavioral sciences, child development, child and family studies/services, cognitive sciences,community mental health, counseling (MH, vocational, pastoral), counselor education, early childhood development, education (with a focus in psychology and/or special education), educational psychology, family development/relations, gerontology, health and human services, human development, marriage and family therapy, music therapy, nursing, pharmacy, psychiatric rehabilitation, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, social work, sociology, special education, speech therapy, therapeutic recreation, vocational rehabilitation.

Must have a bachelor degree! Job experience or associate degree can not be substituted.
