This role is ideal for a bilingual English/Chinese professional who enjoys building relationships, connecting people to resources, and supporting programs that make a meaningful impact in the community. The position offers the opportunity to work in a mission-driven public sector environment with collaborative teams, supportive leadership, and a strong focus on service, access, and community partnership. The Community Outreach role will help prospective and existing family child care providers understand available services, training opportunities, and program supports. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, organization, and the ability to provide excellent service to diverse communities. Key Responsibilities Conduct community outreach and engagement to promote Family Child Care Provider Pathways and related provider support programs. Connect prospective and existing family child care providers with resources, services, training, and program information. Provide bilingual communication support, including verbal interpretation and translation of routine program materials in English and Chinese. Support recruitment, enrollment, follow-up, and ongoing communication with community members and program participants. Maintain accurate records, complete data entry, and provide administrative support for outreach activities. Research community resources, prepare program materials, and assist with presentations or informational sessions as needed.

Compensation and Benefits Pay rate:

$28 to $30 per hour.
