Skyscraper Marketing is hiring a full-time Community Outreach Agent in Concord to represent a nationally recognized telecommunications provider at community events and promotional pop-ups while building hands-on sales experience. As a Community Outreach Agent, you'll connect with customers who are exploring new wireless options, introduce available smartphones, mobile plans, and promotions, and help make the decision process easier. You'll learn how to identify what each customer is looking for, explain relevant options, and turn genuine interest into successful sales. Every Community Outreach Agent receives hands-on coaching while developing communication, product knowledge, and professional sales skills. Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Agent Start conversations with customers and introduce available wireless products, services, and promotions. Ask questions about current mobile usage, preferences, and priorities to guide personalized sales recommendations. Explain smartphones, wireless plans, device features, and promotional offers in a clear and approachable way. Collaborate with other Community Outreach Agent team members to maintain organized event setups and support daily goals. Help customers compare options and identify solutions that fit their individual needs. Build customer interest through engaging sales conversations without relying on overly technical explanations. Answer questions about products, pricing, plans, and promotions throughout the decision-making process. Guide interested customers through sales and enrollment with accuracy and professionalism. Continue developing as a Community Outreach Agent through product education, coaching, and practical sales experience. Qualifications of the Community Outreach Agent Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people. Strong communication and listening skills. Customer service, hospitality, events, telecommunications, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Interested in wireless technology and learning about smartphones, plans, and services. Organized, dependable, and comfortable working toward sales goals. Positive, coachable, and able to adapt to active event environments. Comfortable working at community events and promotional pop-ups throughout the Concord area. Motivated to grow professionally as a Community Outreach Agent while gaining hands-on customer engagement experience.
