ABOUT RAE STUDIOS

Rae Studios is a local adult dance studio founded in 2011 located in San Francisco's downtown Union Square. With over 60+ classes a week, Rae Studios offers a variety of classes great for all levels of dancers including Hip Hop, K-Pop, Jazz Funk, Shuffle, Bollywood, Cardio Dance and more. Rae Studios is home to dancers of all-levels and experience. In addition to Group Classes we offer Corporate Wellness, Rental Services and Private Lessons.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Rae Studios is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated, part-time Outreach Coordinator to support new student acquisition, customer engagement, sales, marketing, and community outreach. The Outreach Coordinator serves as an important first point of contact for prospective and new students and plays a key role in helping turn inquiries into new and returning customers. This is a client-facing role that combines customer service, sales, marketing, social media, and event support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent follow-through, leadership qualities, and a genuine interest in dance, fitness, and the arts. They should be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced studio environment. This role reports directly to the Assistant Studio Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for prospective and new students. Learn and communicate Rae Studios' classes, programs, services, pricing, and policies to effectively support sales and customer transactions. Drive new student acquisition, retention, and membership enrollment. Conduct new student calls and follow-up communications via phone and email. Follow up with new students to gather feedback and support their customer journey when needed. Respond to inbound inquiries through phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions. Manage and follow up with outbound leads through phone, email, and Instagram. Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity. Help create and distribute marketing materials for classes, special events, and studio programs. Support the planning and execution of Spotlights, Special Events, Member Perks, and other studio initiatives by assisting with: Flyer and promotional material design using Canva Class and event builds through Momence Event setup through Eventbrite Email newsletters through Wix Instagram content and promotions Email outreach and promotional campaigns Help organize and maintain Rae Studios' social media communication channels, including Instagram DMs, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. Support the Assistant Studio Manager with monthly host team meetings and other team initiatives. Maintain a positive, professional, and community-focused attitude in all interactions. Take initiative to identify opportunities to improve student engagement, outreach, and studio operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently with occasional supervision. Comfortable with sales, lead follow-up, and customer outreach. Previous experience in digital marketing and/or inbound/outbound sales. Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and YouTube. Comfortable using social media platforms, particularly Instagram. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interest in dance, fitness, the arts, or community-based businesses is strongly preferred.
