Job Description
Join a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to improving access to care and community resources. As a Community Outreach & Patient Engagement Representative, you will connect with members, community organizations, healthcare providers, and local agencies to increase awareness of healthcare services, support underserved populations, and strengthen member engagement throughout the community. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, community outreach, sales, or marketing OR 4+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, community outreach, sales, or marketing.
