Job Description

Thousand Oaks Orthodontics is a private high-end Orthodontic practice led by the exceptional Dr. Thomas Lee. We are building something truly special combining clinical excellence with an elevated patient and referring-provider experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a practice with strong leadership, a beautiful vision, and growth potential. We are seeking a Professional Relations Coordinator (PRC) the face and voice of our practice in the community. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives on building relationships, and enjoys being out of the office connecting with others. You will play a key role in growing the practice by developing meaningful partnerships and creating memorable experiences. This position is part-time (3 days per week) with the opportunity to grow. What You'll Do Build and nurture relationships with: General dental offices, Oral Surgery and Pediatric dental offices. Represent Thousand Oaks Orthodontics in the community as a true brand ambassador Coordinate and host educational events, lunches, and study clubs Conduct regular "touch points" and visits to referral offices Educate partners on procedures, services, and what makes our practice unique Help create marketing initiatives that elevate the practice presence. Who You Are? Schedule & Compensation Part-Time:
