This role operationalizes outreach events, presentations, and partnerships that expand access to care and support client engagement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Represent MindCure at community events, health fairs, and partner meetings. Develop and maintain referral relationships with schools, social services, healthcare providers, and nonprofits. Deliver presentations/workshops to promote services and reduce stigma. Collaborate with clinical/admin teams to align outreach with program goals and capacity.

Track/report activities:

contacts, events, partnerships, and outcomes in CRM/EHR/database. Distribute educational materials; manage inventory of outreach resources. Gather community feedback/needs assessments to inform program improvements. Support marketing and social media initiatives tied to outreach campaigns. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Clear, confident communication and public speaking. Cultural humility; ability to engage diverse populations. Working knowledge of mental health services, community resources, and referral pathways. Strong organization, time management, and follow-through. Collaborative mindset; able to operate independently and on multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases/CRMs (EHR familiarity a plus). Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Communications, or related field preferred. 1-2 years in community outreach/engagement or similar role; mental health/social services strongly preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and local travel required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Based in Kings or Tulare County
