Right at Home
- North Jacksonville is looking for a motivated, personable Outreach Specialist to help us grow our presence across Duval and Nassau Counties — including areas like Callahan, Yulee, and Fernandina Beach.
- Visit an assigned route of community and referral partner locations each week
- Introduce Right at Home and leave behind brochures, flyers, and materials
- Build rapport with front-desk staff, discharge planners, marketing directors, and other key contacts
- Capture accurate names, titles, and direct contact information at every stop
- Submit a same-day report after every visit — what you learned, what you left behind, and any follow-up needed
- Escalate live opportunities to management right away by phone
- Represent the agency professionally at all times, wearing identifying branding
- Follow all agency policies, including HIPAA and our Code of Conduct What We're Looking For
- Comfortable walking into a new building and starting a conversation with someone you've never met
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; warm, professional, and persistent
- Reliable transportation and an active, valid driver's license
- Active phone service for daily reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, or healthcare is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
- Able to work independently and stay consistent with reporting and follow-through
Pay:
$16.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0- 20.
