Community Outreach Liaison - Entry Level Part-Time | 3 Days Per Week | Monday-Friday Schedule Driver's License Required Employer will Conduct Background Check No Experience Required Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and personable Community Outreach Liaison to represent our home care agency within the local community. This entry-level role focuses on building relationships, promoting services, and expanding outreach efforts to individuals and organizations in need of quality home care solutions. Key Responsibilities Represent the agency professionally at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, community events, and other outreach locations Conduct outdoor sales, p romote services and expand outreach to those in need of quality home care solutions Identify and engage potential clients and referral sources Support outreach initiatives and contribute to business development efforts Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, social workers, and community partners Qualifications No prior experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse groups Self-motivated with a willingness to work in a community-facing role Background in sales, healthcare, or outreach is a plus Requirements Valid driver's license required Ability to travel locally within Bay County and surrounding areas Ability to pass a Level 2 background check Work Environment This position involves frequent in-person interaction within the community, including visits to healthcare facilities and attendance at local events.
