Center Coordinator (Flexible Schedule) -

$18-$22/hr. About the Role Code Wiz is looking for a Center Coordinator in the Lawrenceville area who loves engaging with families and the local community. You'll help our programs run smoothly while building awareness and promoting Code Wiz locally at schools, libraries, and family-friendly events throughout Gwinnett County. This role is perfect for a self-starter who wants to make an impact in kids' lives while working a flexible schedule. What You'll Do Coordinate daily center operations: scheduling, communications, and program support. Support our team of Code Coaches. Lead community outreach and marketing efforts : identify local schools, libraries, and family-friendly events to promote Code Wiz. Represent Code Wiz at community events, camps, and local activities. Greet families, assist with registrations, and answer questions. Requirements Associate degree preferred (HS diploma with 3 years relevant experience will be considered). Must live reasonably close to Lawrenceville, GA . Must have a reliable car and be able to travel to local events and community activities. Proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills. Comfortable engaging with families, schools, and community organizations. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.

•Experience working with children, camps, or educational programs is helpful but not required . Schedule & Pay Current operating hours are as follows: Tuesday and Thursday evenings (4:00-7:30 pm) Saturday mornings (11:00 am-2:00 pm) Some weekday morning shifts (10 am - 2 pm). Days TBD/flexible. Flexible weekday shifts for remaining hours (~30 hrs./week). Occasional Sundays for special events. Extra hours available during summer camps (June-July) with bonus opportunities. $18-$22/hour, based on experience. Operating hours vary according to business needs and seasonality.
