This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, connecting with people, and making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and families. What You'll Do Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, physician offices, and other referral partners. Introduce Eliora Home Care and our services to healthcare and senior-care professionals. Conduct professional in-person visits, phone calls, and follow-ups. Deliver referral materials and identify new community opportunities. Maintain referral contacts and provide simple weekly outreach updates. Represent Eliora Home Care with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Friendly, confident, professional personality. Self-motivated, organized, and dependable. Comfortable making phone calls and meeting professionals in person. Experience in healthcare, senior care, marketing, sales, social services, or community outreach is a plus. Reliable transportation required.

Compensation:
