Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to lead our efforts in building meaningful connections within our community on LBI and beyond in the State . This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement outreach programs that foster engagement, support our varied populations, and promote public initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a strong background in program development, sales and marketing, and a genuine commitment to community service. Duties Develop, coordinate, and execute community outreach programs Ability to do public speaking engagements at community events and local organizations to raise awareness about our resources. Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders. Manage project timelines, budgets, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth program operations while maintaining organizational standards. Requirements College or University degree Live within a 40 minute commute to the LBIF campus Experience in sales, marketing, the arts and sciences programs Strong public speaking skills Excellent writing skills for creating reports, promotional materials, and grant applications. Technical proficiency data collection tools and marketing software. Salesforce is a plus. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Leadership qualities combined with administrative expertise to support team growth and program sustainability.
