OUTREACH REPRESENTATIVE

Our Financial Health (OFH) is looking for motivated, outgoing, and community-minded individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Representatives.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Community Outreach Representative, you will represent OFH at community events, expos, fairs, workshops, and local outreach activities. Your primary responsibility will be to educate individuals and families about financial wellness resources and help them schedule a financial consultation. You will connect with people throughout the community and introduce them to programs designed to help improve their overall financial health.

AREAS WE EDUCATE AND CONNECT PEOPLE WITH

Our financial wellness consultations may address areas such as: Credit Education and Credit Repair First-Time Homebuyer Programs Life Insurance and Financial Protection Budgeting and Money Management Financial Education and Wealth-Building Strategies Homeownership Preparation Debt Management and Financial Planning Financial Education Resources Other Financial Wellness Services and Programs

RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend community events and OFH outreach programs Speak with residents and event attendees Introduce individuals to OFH's financial wellness programs Educate the public on the importance of financial health Identify individuals who may benefit from a financial consultation Schedule consultations with qualified prospects Collect basic contact information and maintain accurate records Build relationships with community organizations, businesses, and residents Represent OFH professionally at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for individuals who are: Outgoing and comfortable speaking with the public Professional, dependable, and energetic Interested in financial education and helping others Comfortable working at community events Motivated by helping people achieve their financial goals Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous sales, customer service, nonprofit, community outreach, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required

COMPENSATION

Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses and advancement opportunities. Additional opportunities may be available for representatives who consistently generate consultations and demonstrate leadership.
