Community Partnerships Manager — Part-Time Paragon Sport Spine & Wellness | Robbinsville, NJ Paragon Sport Spine & Wellness is a growing multidisciplinary healthcare practice providing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Sports Medicine and Interventional Spine care. We are seeking an outgoing, highly motivated Employer & Community Partnerships Manager to build relationships with local employers, schools, universities, unions, police and fire departments, corporations, healthcare organizations and other community groups throughout Mercer County and the greater Princeton area. This is not a social media or traditional desk-based marketing position. The primary focus of this role is relationship building, community outreach and business development . The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, opening doors, developing long-term relationships and creating opportunities for Paragon's clinical team to engage directly with employees and community organizations. Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with targeted employers and organizations throughout the Robbinsville, Hamilton, Lawrenceville, Princeton, West Windsor, East Windsor and surrounding areas.
- Establish relationships with HR departments, Employee Benefits and Wellness teams, Total Rewards leaders, union leadership, PBA/FMBA representatives, school administrators, employee health departments and other organizational decision-makers.
- Introduce Paragon and its multidisciplinary services to prospective community partners.
- Coordinate onsite employee wellness programs including movement and injury screens, mobility and recovery events, ergonomic education, health and wellness presentations, lunch-and-learns and other programs delivered by Paragon clinicians.
- Develop recurring relationships rather than one-time events.
- Coordinate employee wellness events from initial outreach through scheduling, execution and follow-up.
- Represent Paragon at community events, employee-benefit fairs, union meetings and other local events.
- Maintain organized records of outreach, contacts, meetings, opportunities, events and follow-up activity.
- Work closely with Paragon leadership and clinical staff to develop programs appropriate for each organization.
- Help identify organizations whose employee health plans are a strong fit for Paragon's services.
- Develop creative ways to introduce Paragon to organizations throughout the community.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing community partners.
Who We're Looking For The right person is confident, professional and comfortable walking into an organization where they don't yet know anyone and figuring out how to get connected to the right person. You should be someone who genuinely enjoys networking and relationship building and who understands that successful outreach requires persistence and follow-through. Experience in healthcare business development, physician relations, pharmaceutical or medical sales, employee benefits, corporate wellness, fitness/wellness, community outreach or B2B relationship development is strongly preferred. Existing relationships with employers, schools, unions, police/fire organizations or community leaders in Mercer County or the Princeton area would be a significant advantage. Qualifications

- Comfortable with cold outreach and developing new relationships

- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospective partners
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong networking and relationship-development skills
- Experience with CRM or contact-management systems preferred
- Healthcare, wellness, medical sales or community outreach experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for occasional early-morning, evening or weekend events Schedule Approximately 15-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
This position will involve significant local travel and community outreach rather than working exclusively from the Paragon office. Compensation $30+per hour , commensurate with experience, plus gas stipend and eligibility for performance incentives based on achievement of employer outreach, event and partnership-development goals. What Success Looks Like Success in this position means creating long-term relationships that give Paragon regular opportunities to provide value to employees and organizations throughout our community. We are looking for someone who can turn an initial introduction into a meeting, a meeting into an onsite wellness event, and an event into an ongoing relationship between Paragon and that organization.
