Overview Trained Mind Psychiatry LLC is seeking a motivated, professional, and outgoing Part-Time Behavioral Health Outreach Coordinator to help expand our presence in the community and strengthen our referral network. The ideal candidate will be relationship-driven and comfortable working independently in the field. This individual will represent Trained Mind Psychiatry LLC by developing and maintaining professional relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, behavioral health organizations, social service agencies, and other community partners. The primary focus of this position is community outreach, relationship building, and referral development to increase awareness of the psychiatric and behavioral health services offered by Trained Mind Psychiatry LLC. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct regular field outreach to hospitals, psychiatric facilities, primary care practices, therapy offices, behavioral health programs, and community organizations. Develop relationships with hospital social workers, discharge planners, case managers, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Introduce Trained Mind Psychiatry LLC and educate potential referral partners about available psychiatric and behavioral health services. Identify and develop new referral sources and community partnerships. Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective referral partners. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing referral sources. Distribute approved informational and marketing materials to healthcare and community organizations. Attend relevant healthcare networking events, community events, and professional meetings. Maintain organized records of outreach visits, contacts, follow-ups, and referral activity. Provide weekly reports to management regarding outreach activities, new professional contacts, follow-ups, and referral activity. Coordinate with office staff to help ensure referral inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Represent Trained Mind Psychiatry LLC professionally and ethically in the community. Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA, company policies, and applicable healthcare regulations. Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience in behavioral health outreach, healthcare marketing, provider relations, community outreach, admissions, or healthcare business development preferred. Behavioral health or mental health experience strongly preferred. Existing relationships with hospitals, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, therapists, physicians, or community organizations are highly desirable. Strong networking and professional relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident and comfortable approaching new organizations and establishing professional relationships. Professional appearance and demeanor when representing the practice. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based position. Excellent organization, time-management, and follow-up skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned service area. Ability to maintain accurate outreach and referral-development records. Knowledge of HIPAA and professional healthcare confidentiality standards preferred.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
