Role:

The Donor Outreach and Volunteer Manager plays a pivotal role in strengthening the organization's community engagement and fundraising efforts. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage donors and volunteers, ensuring sustained support for the organization's mission. The manager will cultivate meaningful relationships with donors and volunteers, enhancing their experience and encouraging ongoing participation. By coordinating outreach campaigns and volunteer programs, this role directly contributes to expanding the organization's impact and resource base. Ultimately, the Donor Outreach and Volunteer Manager ensures that both donors and volunteers feel valued and motivated to contribute to the organization's success.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in donor relations, volunteer management, or community outreach. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within nonprofit organizations or charitable foundations. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Raiser's Edge. Event planning and coordination experience. Knowledge of fundraising best practices and volunteer engagement strategies. Certification in Volunteer Management or Fundraising (e.g., CFRE) is a plus.
