In person Join StretchLab Powell StretchLab Powell is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Studio Manager to lead our team, grow membership, and build our presence in the Powell community. This is a hands-on leadership position, not a desk-management role. Our ideal candidate enjoys sales, leading people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for driving studio sales, managing the team and daily operations, supporting local social media, and developing community partnerships and outside the studio pop-up opportunities that generate new leads. What You'll Do Drive Sales & Membership Growth Respond to and follow up with new leads Book and conduct First Visits Sell memberships and stretch packages Follow up with prospects who do not purchase immediately Generate member referrals Manage the sales funnel and stay accountable to monthly membership and revenue goals Build Our Presence in the Powell Community Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations Identify and secure pop-up and demo-stretch opportunities Build partnerships with golf, pickleball, fitness, wellness, and other local groups Attend networking and community events Generate and follow up with leads from outreach activities We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting out into the community, introducing themselves, building relationships, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come to us. Lead the Studio Team Manage and support the Flexologist team Set expectations and hold employees accountable Manage staffing and schedules Support hiring, onboarding, and training Work closely with the Area Manager on studio performance and priorities Manage Studio Operations Oversee the daily member experience Manage the studio schedule and member concerns Support retention and studio promotions Maintain professional studio standards Support Local Social Media Help create authentic local content featuring our team, members, community partnerships, events, and studio activity. What We're Looking For Proven sales ability and confidence asking for the sale Experience working toward measurable sales or revenue goals Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting for new business Comfortable networking and approaching local businesses Leadership or management experience Ability to coach employees and hold people accountable High energy, initiative, and personal ownership Strong organization and communication skills Fitness, wellness, membership, retail, hospitality, leasing, med-spa, or other service-sales experience is a plus Previous fitness-industry experience is not required. Strong sales ability, leadership, initiative, and the willingness to create business are more important to us. Schedule This is a full-time, in-person position with a schedule that is primarily weekday hours . Some flexibility is required based on business needs. There will be occasions when the Studio Manager is expected to work an evening or Saturday to provide sales coverage, support First Visits, participate in community events or promotions, or address other studio needs. The schedule will be planned around the needs of the studio, with the expectation that the manager is available when their leadership and sales presence is most important.
