Job Description

Full Time In Person Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Are you outgoing, energetic, confident, personable and passionate about making meaningful connections and driving business growth? LBAPS / Bright Horizons ABA is looking for a proactive Client Outreach Coordinator to expand our network and connect families with the services they need.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to potential clients and generate leads. Identify key decision-makers and establish valuable relationships. Follow up with client organizations to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients and internal support teams. Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities. Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients with professionalism and care. Work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team. Utilize online resources for prospecting and research. Assist with new hire onboarding and training. Drive business development by sponsoring events and networking. Identify publication opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Conduct cold calls, drop-ins, and targeted email/e-marketing campaigns.
